Now I had to deal with an unpleasant staff as well she wasn't very nice I called to asked about the hot tub she got smart I asked for my keys to be fixed she wasn't very nice about it ......also the pool was freezing and the hot tub was cold as well and I got this hotel because I've used it in the past and was disappointed to discover how cold the pool area was
