The heat and air conditioning weren't working. Nobody ever came to fix it. Ants crawling under bathroom sink. No hot water. Carpeting dirty.Sheets and mattress stained.Broken glass throughout parking lot. Locks to parking lot inoperable. Staff unavailable

Very poor security and employees lack of concern to take room break in of our room from unknown person. Parking lot/lobby smelled of weed continuously during our stay. Will never stay at this hotel again.

The security latch was broken off, desk staff were unable to answer basic questions, told us the restaurant/bar was open til 10, but were rudely told by the man working there that they closed early when we sat down at a table at 9.
