Negatives: Stayed at the hotel with the impression of free parking and free airport shuttle. Was not the case in that we were told we couldn't park at the hotel for a week since we didn't book thru Hampton! Very frustrating! Our shower could not be adjusted in the water temp and was way too hot! Just a bad experience. No one tried to accommodate us.
