Positives: I have stayed here approx 2-3 times during my trips to Cleveland Clinic. During the most recent stay, there was quite a bit of what appeared to be dog hair on the floor, as well as the bathroom floor and shower (along with other human hair). I always bring cleaning/ disinfecting supplies with me so I cleaned it up. Then I noticed it appeared as though the entry door to the room had marks as though it had been broken into at one time, along with the glass of the peep hole in the door, had been removed with a piece of paper stuck inside in a rounded type of position.

Negatives: The toilet started out not flushing, so we requested another room, but then it was working. The pool area is absolutely disgusting. The breakfast was very poor and the coffee is NASTY! The room could use individual coffee machines so customers can bring their own coffee. The beds were very squeaky and the facility was just outdated. The evening front desk staff had attitude even though they were accommodating; however the morning staff was a delight at checkout. The room was not worth the cost.

Negatives: The room that my father stayed in had bed bugs! He was bitten all over throughout the night and had various bites. He wasn't able to sleep that night. The hotel moved him to a different room but then refused to reimburse us for his bed-bug room. Unacceptable. No one should have to pay for a hotel room with bed bugs! We then had to pay to have all of our clothes cleaned for fear of bringing the bed bugs back to our home.
