Being lied to, being be littled/treated like I was incompetent, being refused a manager by staff member, and being refused a receipt at checkout( told I didn’t need one from them because booking.com would give us one that everything would be the same and I didn’t need one at all, when clearly I did.)

Positives:
The bed was comfortable and the proximity to kings island is great. I loved the waffle bar. Lots of great toppings to put on them. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom as well. The wall closet/desk area was very nice.
Negatives:
The shower head looked to be a massaging one, but it was so high up on the wall, I couldn't reach it. Also I don't know why hotels insist on using the curved shower curtain rod and then use standard curtains. The sink also curved out which makes it difficult for shorter people or kids. Water pressure wasn't great either. The pillows were too fluffy and hurt my neck. Online check in is a joke. I did that and got a specific room, yet when we arrived we were told that room wasn't ready and asked to take a different room on another floor. We had checked in and lounged in our room for a while and the original room we had chosen hadn't even been cleaned yet. So what's the point of online check in?
