Positives: The breakfasts were all good. The room was very spacious and clean.

Negatives: When I booked the room through Booking.com, it was listed at $91.00 per night plus my pet fee, but when I was billed, I was billed $151.00 per night plus my pet fee. Since I had passed my cancellation date, I had no choice but to accept this rate. I blame Booking.com for misleading me on the room rate. The work desk should be located on the side of the TV closest to the door in as when you are sitting at the work desk, the AC freezes you out, making it very uncomfortable trying to get any work done.
