Positives: Spectacular service from Mr. Armênio, very attentive, helpful, informed and always attentive, with the joy always on his face, giving us the feeling of being at home

Negatives: When I swiped my international credit card, income from Brazil blocked almost the value of the 7 nights in addition to the ones I paid, and I'm waiting for a refund of USD up to 428.31, after checking out more than 15 days ago, still there in Dayton and paying in cash, other than that, it's spectacular
