Positives:
Free breakfast every morning and coffee bar 24 hrs is great for those who drink coffee and or tea anytime. Decaf, regular, hot water, tea bags, etc. Awesome
Negatives:
There are quite a few people who have to wear c pap machines, more than anyone even knows. I think distilled water should be available at the desk for those needing it. Regular water can't be used in the machines.
Also the bed we slept in was very soft and my husband had trouble sleeping on it.
I had booked a king room, when we arrived we were given a double room we had to come back down, show him our confirmation and he stated I'll see if I have one available. I told him if he didn't give us a Suite for the same price, since it was their screw up. He quickly found us one and even ask what floor we wanted. We stay there at least 2 times every year when we come to Amish country. It was just a little aggravating upon checking in but it was corrected.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Location was great for our purposes.
Negatives:
The mattress was too soft. Lots of traffic passing at night - audible if you get a roadside room. Breakfast choices were poor by European standards - plastic cutlery and plastic food! But the positives outweighed the negatives.
