The pool did not work. I wanted to spend the time in the pool, this trips purpose was for the pool and it was out. That was highly unexpected because I paid that much for a pool that I NEVER got to go in!!

The AC in our room did not work, the man behind the desk when we checked in was rude and seemed to think he was being inconvenienced by having to check us in, we were given a pet-friendly room despite requesting a regular room because the hotel was overbooked, and the wifi was terrible, forcing us to use mobile hotspots on our phones instead. I'm glad we were only staying one night. If it had been more, we would have found another hotel once we saw how bad everything was.
