Exceptional
Positives:
Breakfast was great and the kids enjoyed the pool. Linens were clean. The new furniture from the renovation was nice.
Negatives:
There were some hairs from a couple different people that had been missed in the bathroom. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't run.

Breakfast was good. Staff was great. That's about it.
Negatives:
For me, it was 100 little (easily overlooked) things that added up to the bad rating. You can tell it was just renovated, but the doors are old and don't close properly, rooms are musky (smell of mold), ants in the rooms, locks broken, lights burnt out, and you can tell the cleanning staff tend to skip on some stuff. The quality just isn't there. It was an overall 2 out of 5 stars for me. Wouldn't recommend.
