Positives:
Location was excellent directly off of Route 8. Exercise room and pool looked nice but we did not use. Breakfast was good-- wish there were more low carb options. Bonus was a Blink EV charger (for a fee) in the hotel parking lot.
Negatives:
There were 2 families with small children also staying on our floor. They were talking in the halls and kids were running and yelling late at night and again 7am outside our rooms. Not a fault of the hotel. However, it impacted the quietness and some people do not recognize that sound travels easily especially in hallways.

The morning crew on the morning of our check out were nice and professional. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The lady at the desk at night didn't know how to check us in since we booked through here nor could she check in the couple behind us who also booked third party. We personally waited almost 45 minutes to get a key card while she called someone to figure it out. There also was only a half roll of toilet paper in our room. The shower curtain wouldn't stay shut so it was a mess to shower.
