Room stunk. Smelled awful. Even the beds smelled terrible. It wasn’t dirty the room just had a God awful smell to it. The sheets smelled like the room which made me wish I had brought my own blankets.

I liked how close it was to everything we wanted to do and that there was no extra charge our dog.
Negatives:
The first room they put us in had bed bugs They did put us in a different room and were patient with us while we checked the room out. The hallway was filthy and the neighbors were loud.

The woman who worked at the front desk did an exceptional job. She called when I was on my way to the hotel. When I arrived, my room was not ready but she called me when it was and then she called the room after I settled in to assure that it was up to my expectations. The room was clean and the refrigerator and the air conditioner worked very well. The water pressure was very good.
Negatives:
It was a non-smoking room but you can clearly smell smoke. The room and especially the hallways and the stairs needed updating but I expected this going in.
