room was very clean and also public areas. Location of hotel.
Negatives:
Breakfast was terrible. No one in the room (about 12) touched any of the hot food. Pool and hot tub not in service, they have not been for months, never notified of this. Daughter with us has lupus and that is the reason we stayed to use the hot tub and pool. A year ago when we stayed at this location it was not in service.

The toilets are very old, and low profile and difficult for most adults to use because they are not high enough for adults today. The toilet on the first floor is a good size that should be placed in all rooms.

I didn't like that I paid $200 for one night for a hotel that had an indoor pool and spa then was told after I paid the pool was closed until further notice. The carpets in my room were absolutely filthy. Staff was rude.

Service was poor, front desk not greeting you ever. Breakfast on the Monday was out of a lot at least 1 hour before hours posted to be over. I messaged property a few days before arrival to question the pool closure. No response. Bed was uncomfortable
