The pool and spa were out of commission and have been for months, and this was not communicated to us at any time other than when we were checking with a sign at the counter. The a/c must have been broken because it was hot in the hotel. Then, as we were leaving from the 4th floor, the elevator stopped working, so we had to carry our stuff down in an extremely hot hotel! No staff offered to help and didn't seem concerned about the elevator.
The lady who checked us in was quite rude.
Will not be back and will deter others from visiting this hotel.
I have tried to call the hotel manager, and no one will return my calls.

Hampton fell off. Place was so dirty. My kid's socks were so dirty from walking around in the room. Hard to feel comfortable in a room where you can see stains all over the floor. "puke emoji"
