I COME HERE EVERY YEAR DURING FAIR TIME. STAFF IS ALWAYS HELPFUL FRIENDLY, AND REMEMBERS ME.

dirty conditions, plumbing issues with commode and shower, coffee pot missing,problems with booking check-in, disputed amount with management and booking, I had to wait at least one hour before issues were dissolved between booking and motel employee, bedding was not very clean, this place is a mess.

Absolutely nothing. Never got to stay but he got paid.

We booked the motel at 2:30 am in the morning because we were traveling tired and needed to sleep. We paid for the room on line in full. Got to the motel and the man said we could not stay there until 3pm. He got paid we got nothing.

The general area was nice, it was close to shops etc. It's quiet there.
Negatives:
The hotel rooms were pretty dirty. I stayed in two different rooms & one of them had nails sticking out of the trim etc. My son hurt himself more than once.

The location was close to the turnpike and Wauseon had a lot of the amenities needed. The room was comfortable for the price difference within the surrounding area. I was on a job and I just needed a place to sleep. I would stay there again for the value. They are very kind and are always offering to help if there are any problems. If you are looking for a Palace and a pool. This is not for you. It's a nice place to stay and sleep.
Negatives:
Direct TV. Being in a rural location, the Direct TV had issues connecting to the satellite. I'm glad I do not personally have them for servicing.
