The loveseat in our room looked so inviting—but the cushions were completely shot. The bed wasn’t much better. Really uncomfortable. Woke up cranky and we were extra annoyed that the (expensive) breakfast buffet was really bad.

Housekeeping totally missed us second day, we had to ask for clean towels, etc.

Ask for a double bed and had to get a king Harry asked for a early check-in they said no early check in. I asked if I could come and swim at the pool until my room was ready they said I got to ask the manager and they never called me back
