Positives: Lobby, hall, room was clean. The night clerk was very helpful and caring.

Negatives: The elevator was out and had been out for several days. The night clerk was helping anyone that needed it getting up stairs to their room. The pool was extremely cold.

Positives: Location is great right next to casino and price seemed fair

Negatives: The cleaning staff entered my room at 9am when I was eating breakfast and stripped my beds. I re entered to a torn up room with 3 hours left in my stay as noon is checkout time… I still needed to shower and clean up before leaving but felt pretty uneasy and uncomfortable on a torn apart room when I hadn’t checked out. The only resolution the property gives me is to in future put up the do not disturb hanger on door and they won’t do this… how about don’t enter my room if I haven’t checked out of it and it isn’t past the checkout time! Please change your early to enter the rooms policy the cleaning staff is using and leave our room and belongings locked until after checkout so we can feel safe staying here
