I booked a suite that had whirlpool tub but there wasn't any hot water it didn't get lukewarm but the shower had hot water but after 15 hot turned lukewarm then it turned cold I called front desk they said no one here to fix it so she said I can put you in a other room but my husband told her we were checking out she told my husband she was giving me 5000 points which I didn't get said she was going take parking bc my husband said he didn't know it costed i should be refunded for my stay or they should give me 2 nights for free.

We went for the pool was never told or was it on line that the pool was closed. Drove 2.5 hrs and then nothing very very disappointing. Infact we were not only ones upset at this.

Everything about our stay was excellent, we went down for the weekend for our anniversary. It was close to bricktown. We rode scooters back and forth. It was a great experience. Definitely stay again next time we're in town, rooms were super clean and staff was friendly as could be. We loved it
