Positives: It was clean & inviting. The pool & jacuzzi was clean & a great place to relax. Every single staff that we interacted with was friendly & helpful, even the pool maintenance man, the housekeeping staff & front desk. Staff friendliness makes a HUGE difference & this place was top rate. They should be applauded.
Negatives: I wasn’t told when I asked for a late checkout that there would be a charge, but they graciously took it off my bill for the confusion.
