location and price--restaurant next door--enough room to park my vehicle with a 14 foot trailer--room was cleaner than the last super 8 I stayed at
Negatives:
common areas were not real clean--trash can top in breakfast area was so filthy that you could have spit on it and left a clean spot--I guess everybody's idea of clean isn't the same--I would recommend, but remind them that it's a super 8, not the hilton
