The front desk staff were somewhat rude. Though rated as a 4 star hotel, the service and condition of this hotel felt more like a 3 star hotel.

The lobby bar in the main area. I dont normally partake but after a long and difficult day, it was nice to sit down with some friendly people as were the bar staff. Takeaway food was good tyoo.

Getting out of the parking lot without a ticket in hand.

You have to pay for parking 12 a day and to get out of parking garage there is only 1 way and access and if there is a line of cars which there was on Saturday it takes a while to get out. It took us 20 mins to wait in line & to get out of parking garage.

I had paid for a double queen room and we got one king bed - I asked for what I had paid for and they did not allow us to change rooms because it was busy.

Parking was terrible and there were no signs lit up to find your way to the check in !!

The character, look, location etc. I could tell it was a fabulous hotel at one time; nice bones but it definitely needs some cosmetic work like new furniture in the front lobby. Some of the staff was great some not so much. But we would stay again.
