Negatives:
Complimentery breakfast was not included
Positives:
The lobby bar in the main area. I dont normally partake but after a long and difficult day, it was nice to sit down with some friendly people as were the bar staff. Takeaway food was good tyoo.
Negatives:
Getting out of the parking lot without a ticket in hand.
Positives:
Friendly staff and cleanness of hotel.
Negatives:
You have to pay for parking 12 a day and to get out of parking garage there is only 1 way and access and if there is a line of cars which there was on Saturday it takes a while to get out. It took us 20 mins to wait in line & to get out of parking garage.
Positives:
Hotel was clean and room was comfortable.
Negatives:
We had to call for towels and room cleaning four times. We were told several times it had been taken care of -- were missing towels, wash clothes, bath mat, cups, coffee, coffee cups. Plus, TV, micro wave, refrigerator, coffee pot did not work because a new power strip was trade, For a Hilton property this was completely unacceptable.
Did not feel the staff was at all competent.
