Positives:
We appreciated the design of the hotel, and we loved the pool. The restaurant is great!! I liked the quality of food. The wait wasn’t long, and the staff is friendly.
Negatives:
I didn’t care for the cleanliness of the room upon arriving. I’ve stayed in 5 star and 1 star hotels. The cleanliness reflected that of a 1-2 star hotel. I did not like that I tried to call Made Market restaurant for over 10 minutes… and no one ever answered the phone. I have 4 babies under 3, so if I’m paying for a hotel that provides services as such, I expect the price to reflect good service. I ended up having to get my already upset kids dressed and go down there to place my order. I didn’t like how upon checking in, I didn’t receive your little cookies, didn’t receive any info about ANYTHING AT ALL. The clerk answered the phone, and pointed to my key and shoed me away. I didn’t know where the pool was, I mean he didn’t tell me anything at all. To summarize, the hotel itself is nice. However, I don’t like the service and I don’t think I will stay again or recommend to friends, family or coworkers.

We had a terrible experience. The front desk person was very rude and then came to our room and air vent was facing the window and lamp not plugged in which was behind the giant entertainment center.

The location was convenient for what we needed.
Negatives:
The room was dirty. There was still poo in the toilet from the previous guest.
We specifically choose this place because of the pool & hot tub, the front desk told us it closed at 10pm during our check-in, then when we went to swim in the morning it was "closed for maintenance".
Paper thin walls! The guest 2 doors down played loud music beginning at 6:30am.
I have never checked out of a hotel before checkout time without plans but we left by 9am. Horrible, horrible experience from a supposedly nice hotel.
