The evening desk person was really nice and helpfull
Negatives:
Nobody cleaned our room during our stay. The door to the outside in the pool room was so hard to open it we couldn't even open it to go outside. Not many tv channels at all most of the channels were home shopping network and nobody wants to see that. Coffee was always empty or cold

Negatives:
Shower was barely warm two nights in a row, stains on the ceiling, screw holes and pencil marks in bathroom wall, trim was broke and sticking out on bathroom door and wall, night stand drawer would not stay shut, 2nd floor ice machine out of service, Sheetrock and remodeling trash in a pile in the hallway!
