Our lock did not work which felt unsafe. We were moved to another room which was very dirty. A lot of hair, pubic hair, and a staple all in the bathroom floor. There were also chips on the floor near the beds. We ordered room service and after waiting 20 or so minutes they called and said their kitchen was closed.

The facility looked nice upon arrival. The staff was pleasant and friendly.
Negatives:
The room was unlocked and propped open when I arrived. I went in and the smell hit me instantly. The toilet seat was up and was not fully attached to the toilet. The room and bathroom appeared to be clean. The smell may have been from water damage or maybe the a/c unit? Very strong and sour smell. I could not figure out, but it was very hard to breath. My allergies were going and hard to breathe with a migraine headache. I was exhausted and with checking in past 11:30 I figured there were likely no other room options. I tried to tough it out, but contemplated leaving and just driving home 2 hours. Sleeping in my car would have been better respiratory/air quality. I did not expect this and this is hopefully/likely maybe just that room. I would definitely not stay in that room again.
