Superb
Positives:
This is a good overnight stay place. Beds are outdated a bit uncomfortable if you don’t sleep on box spring bed. Customer service excellent. We were unable to stay 2 nd night and they were fabulous about understanding. Love love they allow pets

Positives:
Staff was lovely and super accommodating... helping with several issues that were not their fault but major problems with the room. But whatever the issues, they were absolutely helpful as much as was in their power.
The room was conveniently located next to a cute neighborhood where I walked the hills. Restaurants across the street and the downtown shopping/food nearby.
Negatives:
Cockroaches throughout the room.
The Wi-Fi was abysmal so much so that I couldn't join one work call from the room, and it kept dropping me. The best service was in the lobby, two feet from the router, and guess what, still couldn't join a video call.
The guy in the room next-door blasted his TV until 2am and the person above us was a stomping pacer. These last two the place couldn't help, but it's worth noting.
