I didn't like that our room was partially dirty. Left over Chinese food in the sink, garbage on the floor, crotch hair in the bathtub.

The room was brown. Brown furniture, brown walls. Doors and walls throughout the facility were noticeably dirty. Had to ask for dishes and cutlery. Stairways had overflowing garbage cans and smelt like garbage. The “take and go” breakfast was coffee and a nutrition bar.
