The staff was friendly

I have never heard people walking above me in a hotel before. I was awaken several times every night from the floors creaking, and I'm a deep sleeper. No vending on the floor I was on. Parking lot was super dark with only one light working.

Positives:
We were welcomed in by a sweet host who had just finished baking batch of cookies! As we checked in, we were told that they keep cookies going 24hrs a day, along with coffee and tea. They have a confy lobby, and a serious breakfast spread every morning until 10am, 10:30 on weekends. I saw that they also have a gym and conference rooms for business meetings.

The location was easy to find off the freeway.

My daughter is in a wheelchair and we’re brought her service dog, the room we were given was so narrow that she couldn’t go past the entrance part of the room in her wheelchair which is a very small compact wheelchair, and we were told that dogs had to be out by an exit for easy access to outside, however, the exit had stairs outside which obviously my daughter cannot manage. Also, our room was dirty, old chips and small pieces of trash under the bedside table, and desk. The staff overall was polite though.
