The vallet parking is not as expected. The staff is not as attentive and helpful as supposed to be. They don't approch to assist with loading or unloading the bags. they do not approach the vehicle to take the keys.

The lobby is gorgeous and the staff were welcoming.
Negatives:
The room was small. It smelt like cigarette smoke. There was a candy wrapper on the bathroom counter when we walked into the room and nail polish stain on tile floor. Very poor ventilation in the room and carpet was really stained and dirty.
