I loved how beautiful and clean it was, and I love that the staff was very nice and friendly it made me feel comfortable after being away from home afar made me feel safe

Only thing I didnt like is that I had to check out and come home

Four fast elevators, ideal location for easy access to downtown, the waterfront, and PSU.
Negatives:
The rooftop bar on Saturday night turned into a very popular nightclub. No problem. However, the lobby bar foolishly closed too early and the bartender sent me to the rooftop bar where the line was 10-deep to order a beer. No bueno. I left the property.

This is far from a 4 star hotel. Super cheap, food was beyond bland. Like Denny quality.

Love the swanky feel, the beds are comfortable, the spa is wonderful and the staff are very friendly.
Negatives:
No access to the rooftop when the restaurant is closed. Generally Lacks a common sitting area besides the lobby and the spa.

Everything. The burger and fries were really tasty from the bar. The bed and pillows were extremely comfy, and the staff was super! I appreciated the low price during a winter storm.

I was impressed with the low prices during the snow storm. The rooms were so comfortable and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bar food was really tasty and front desk was friendly and helpful.

The parking and food is really expensive. Its $59.00 per night to park plus tip, and over $70.00 for two meals that was really small portions(now that was disappointing big time) and a small glass of juice. The jacuzzi didnt work and the room was small
