Positives:
The hotel was very stylish and well appointed. Loved the rooftop bar with fire pits and blankets and the excellent coffee shop. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was nice and large.
Negatives:
The second floor room was a bit loud with noise from above, so I’d request a third floor room if I stay again.

Positives:
Location was a short walk to good restaurants. Also close to visiting Smith Rock and Hiking.
Beds were very comfortable and absolutely everything worked. Great coffee in the morning downstairs along with baked goods. Very nice rooftop eating/drinking area. Would definitely return.

Positives:
Location is great! I was able to walk around town and spent a lot of time at the park!!!!
Negatives:
No chest of drawers or closet. I like the fact that housekeeping will leave you alone until you're ready for them. If anything is needed, the front desk was very helpful.

Complimentary drink to take up to the 4th floor rooftop was a bonus and much appreciated. Also, complimentary coffee in the morning-We took coffee to the sunny rooftop area and chatted with another visiting couple. A pleasant time before we headed back on the road. The amenities were wonderful too in the bath.

We didn’t have any areas we felt were negative.

Toilet had not been cleaned. Traffic noise. They say they might allow renegotiation of price if something was deficient, but that was not offered.

Nice place ! Way to expensive! No tv channels which I can live with ! No breakfast but found Christine down the street so that was a plus ! For the money they could kerp the 24 hr coffee hot and full ! Every time I went to get coffee it was cold or empty ! Just a little thing but just something that makes u feel that they care ! I didn’t get that feeling just running a Business! Get all u can they won’t b back

Should have been much better...
Positives:
Lobby was cozy with a bar and comfortable seating. An attached eating area was available for coffee and food. A good vibe to the lobby area and the hotel ground floor had an interesting historical vibe.
The hotel reduced the price for the room when I said I was disappointed with the room.
Negatives:
The rooms were spartan. I had a king bed with a hide a bed sofa with a coffee table and end table. There were two end tables by the bed, a small round table with two chairs. There was no other furniture. No dressers etc. My stay was for three nights and I had no place to unpack my clothes. My bags sat on the floor the whole time. A 3 ft long hanging area was congested with a safe, ironing board and iron. Maybe three hangers with space for a suit jacket was all that was available. The windows had a plexiglass sheet over them and could not be opened. The bathroom contained no amenities. Only shampoo, conditioner and body wash in pump containers. The original room rate was $445/night. At this price point I expect a much nicer room in my experience.
