The room was clean. The staff was nice and welcoming. I could have my dog with us.
Negatives:
The room was described as a "River View" room. Which technically, we could look out the back sliding glass door and see the river across the street and through the bushes. It felt a bit like false advertising, but the price was right, the room clean, and the staff lovely.

Birthday at the beach
Positives:
The room was clean and spacious with a small kitchen that is stock with all you need from spoons, dish soap to pots and pan. I was surprise by how quiet it was at night and just a short walk to the beach.
Negatives:
There is really nothing to not like at Coast River Inn. I felt safe and had a good night sleep.

Very walkable area. Great kitchenette. Big shower! Big window! Nice TV, Comfy bed and helpful staff. Pet friendly.
Negatives:
Main window leaked, hot water was not working first week but they put a new one in and it was amazing! Needs exterior maintenance, like screens installed, sealant and paint. Max booking is 7 days. Apps allow booking longer causing issues and maybe tie up money. This is a major problem with booking dot com and OYO as some of them along the coast actually advertise such as Lincoln City “Long term” extended stays. I could have been turned away but the staff helped me as a disabled veteran. I paid the full stay up front as non refundable and was told when I checked in, “you can’t stay for 30 days”. my heart about gave out. Luckily with some talking and explaining the situation we came to a temporary agreement and I was able to stay. This should not be happening to people, it needs fixed asap. thanks

We were able to check in very late during our travels. The hotel left us a key Inna drop box for a stress free check in. Hotel was very clean and comfy!
