We always stay here on return from Florida, but this year, I reserved a handicap assessable room and received a regular room. Room smelt like dirty socks, one bed was lumpy and I couldnt shower as I need the bars to hold onto and tub didnt have a mat in bottom so very slippery. I told lady at desk upon checkout and she had many excuses, not pleasant and never said sorry! Very disappointed, as in other years weve had a very nice handicapped room.
