Some of the switches in our room didn’t work but we didn’t really mind. Also the air wasn’t on in the room so it was quite hot when we got in there.

The location was great. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the Crayola Factory. Every person that worked there that we spoke to or interacted with was very nice and helpful. The room was huge and perfect for our family.

The room was very dirty. It didn’t seem well maintained.

The room was comfortable and roomy, and the staff were extremely nice and helpful.
Negatives:
We had trouble with our key and had to go downstairs to have it fixed multiple times. Parking seemed to be an ongoing issue, too.

Positives:
This hotel is very secure! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms were clean, beds were clean and made. Suite has a very industrial feel which was clean and nicely decorated. Suite lighting was okay.
Negatives:
The room we stayed in smelled very stale when we arrived. Kitchen counter top was slightly dirty. Coffee spills that were not cleaned up prior to arrival. Suite couches were not comfortable and need to be updated. Living area and primary bedroom both had televisions but not a huge selection of channels and reception did not have a clear picture.

Not enough hot water frequently. Breakfast was underwhelming at best. Elevator is atrocious.

King bed felt like a pullout couch bed. Old, smelly and thin with a big dip in the middle! Hotel lobby is run down. This hotel has lots of opportunities to be a 5 star hotel. The holiday in is better.
