Honestly I was disappointed when I got in.
Negatives:
The room was a disappointment, we had to request for another room and the staff was clearly upset when we asked for another room and gave us an absolutely terrible room with no view.
The hotel rooms they display on their site was nothing compared to the actual room. Please upgrade your furniture.
Don't even start with breakfast. you have to buy breakfast if you are looking to eat proper breakfast. For the money we paid we should get a full continental breakfast.

Positives:
The hotel had old world charm. The grandkids loved the pool. The hotel was located in the historic district of Easton so our family did a lot of walking to see everything. We were a 4 minute walk from the Crayola Factory. The breakfast was continental - cereal, bagels, yogurt, muffins, coffee, juice, etc. Nothing special, but it was satisfying. The bathroom was large with a walk-in shower and a whirlpool which was great. It was a comfortable temperature in the room. Loved the historic items they had around that interested the kids.
Negatives:
We were not too thrilled with the unfinished ceiling. Made it appear less than clean. The beds are too soft and caused me some back issues.

Great place to stay for...
Negatives:
Apparently we picked a weekend that had a wedding near by. As we tried to park in their parking lot it was full. I noticed all the car were from Virginia which I thought was random. I called the front desk to ask for alternative parking. Front staff informed me that if there was no parking in their parking lot I had to pay for on street parking. As she informed me that she told the wedding party they could only accommodate one car per room. When adults don’t listen I believe it’s the hotel that should punish that party and not have the others troubled to find alternative parking. I had a five-year-old with me and all our belongings. I did not feel comfortable walking four blocks from the parking garage at night. Nor was there on street parking around the hotel to even consider!

The building is old and the ceilings dont have cover. They were kind enough to let me change rooms but apparenrly all rooms are the same
