It was clean.
Negatives:
Desk clerk seemed annoyed. Like we woke her. The mattress felt like it was still in the box, very hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was poor. Choices were waffles, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Everything elsa had to be paid for. Bagels had to be purchased. No eggs. No potatoes. No meat. No cereal.

I didn’t have any issues. I guess the only thing I don’t like is the parking lot it’s locked in. I wish there was some sort of access to the mall besides going out onto the main street.

Friendly and helpful staff. I loved that the bedroom was separated from the living area so the kids had their own space. Very clean. Nice laundry room with quick wash and dry times. The kids loved the pool and the gym! Overall a great stay. My favorite hotel I've been to!
