Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

Roll was grimy and dirty. Smelled like animal and smoke. Room had broken door and cabinets. Also had a stuck up nasty woman at front desk the second night of our stay who gave article when we asked for a new towel

Roaches everywhere, Horrible roach infestation. When brought up all they wanted to do is switch rooms and spray Walmart bug killer in the room. (It's an infestation in the hotel not room) When they came up to spray they WALKED IN ON USE WITH A DO NOT DISTURB SIGN UP WHILE MY S/O WAS CHANGING. Absolutely the worst hotel I've EVER stayed at. It's the first and only hotel I've been happy to leave.

The front desk staff were pleasant.

The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke all throughout, even in our non-smoking room. The TV in our room didn’t work beyond turning on and off. Overall the hotel was grimy, smelling of dirty mop water. The price of the room, which was inflated due to a concert in town, was definitely more than the room was worth.
