The breakfast was nice, proximity to Hershey great and option of cable station to watch a movie. I like the text notification asking how was everything with my room after we got settled in.
Negatives:
Not the same experience and expectation as other Hiltons I stay at. The room was much smaller, no room to walk around the bed, actually bumped my knee with the limited space just trying to get in the bed, no closet, no microwave, work station too small, smoking was allowed right outside the entrance, not able to pay in cash at check in or check out. Missed the comfort of making some tea in my room. No points accrued on my Hilton account, way more expensive with way less incentives. Not worth staying here again or at a Tru branch.

I was happy it was just one night as I any more nights booked would have been canceled.

The hotel was clean and managed well. The employees were friendly and helpful. Having breakfast included was an added bonus, as well as no parking fee. The location was great, close to all Hershey attractions.

This property was very exceptional. We loved the laid back atmosphere of the lobby. Games and comfortable seating was provided. It was fun. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. This was an excellent experience.
