clean comfy and pleasant
Positives:
The lobby, restaurant and facilities seemed nice. But then you get to the rooms and theyve clearly been neglected.
Negatives:
The room was filthy. There were holes in the walls and visible mold all around the bathtub. The wallpaper was peeling away and when we did a bed bug check, we found a ton of dust and grime accumulated behind the headboard and side tables and all around the floor. It was obvious nobody has bothered to look behind or under anything in a while, or inspect the state of the furnishings. The chairs were also extremely dirty and had snags and holes all over. If there was a bedbug infestation, its clear this place would not clean well enough to stop them from spreading.

Nightmare. Will never ever stay in this hotel
Positives:
Liked the location & area restaurants. Tavern had limited menu options. Comfortable but small bathroom.
Negatives:
More towels for family of four. Also I had to dispute a charge on my card that hotel couldnt explain. I had to call my bank to get charge released by hotel. This was 4 days after stay. Very annoying!

Had a pool, but we were unable to use it because there were so many children running around crazy.
Negatives:
Guests were slamming doors and yelling in the hallways until 3 AM. I let the staff know and they did nothing about it. we were unable to use the pool because of uncontrolled children running yelling, jumping into the pool. we had dinner in the restaurant and the server and the food were unacceptable. Our toilet was so loud. We did not want to flush it during the night. When I spoke to the front desk person when checking out, I expressed my concerns politely, and all she told me was she wish she could have done something. I felt they could have given as a discount or a full refund. Ive never stayed in a hotel that was so loud and that the staff had no control over their guests

Very disappointed! Extremely noisy! Worst hotel staffing ever!

Staff was exceptional for having to deal with very drunk wedding guests and my very late arrival.
Negatives:
Room was clearly old; cracked/ripped lampshades, no info; Toilet had been recently used, not cleaned

The beds need to be changed. Very springy woke up with back pain. The pool was not enjoyable. To much chlorine felt like swimming in bleach.
