Negatives: The whole hotel smelled like smoke. The door did not lock. The manger did nothing

Negatives: The room smelled. The air conditioner helped. Very noisy people in the hall during the night.

Negatives: The continental breakfast didn't have many options.

Negatives: Booking.com should be ashamed to rent this place. YOU false advertise everything about this hotel. It said "A microwave and refrigerator are included in each room" "A flat-screen cable TV, coffee machine, and desk are also included" My room had NO refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, not even a phone or alarm clock. It had an old dining chair, which I used for my suitcase, as there wasn't a luggage rack or even a ironing board to use and I certainly didn't want it open on floor. TOTAL false advertising. Staff was friendly, although you had to call on phone at front desk to get them. Halls, elevators were Filthy. Thank goodness my room was clean. Mentioned this in a nice way to manager, showed him the Filth in elevator (buttons, walls, and floor) Didn't get cleaned even after mentioning it. Breakfast, I understand it is a grab and go breakfast, that is what front desk said. BUT it had 2 cereals Fruit loops and Frosted Flakes, and snack granola bars. Nothing breakfast like, NO muffins, bagel or bread of any kind. NO fruit. AGAIN FALSE ADVERTISING. When we returned to room they had been in to replace towels, didn't do anything else and they left the dirty wedge they use to keep door open on our bathroom counter, right beside my bathroom bag. DISGUSTING. I took it down and she said "SO SORRY, that was housekeeping problem". Breakfast didn't look at all like picture they showed. And it said ALL Rooms had refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine. also NOT handicapped friendly, have to open door to get into hotel manually, not other option, and only one door opened.
