Negatives: Lousy location. Confusing to get into the area with a confusing intersection and small signs. The breakfast offered items that were cold, and I was there early. There was only one bagel without nuts which does not take into consideration possible allergies. I prefer whole white milk to that watery 2% stuff offered. Not the best offerings

Negatives: This hotel is tired and the decor is dated. The bedroom was clean and a good size, but the brown,old fashioned colour scheme,I found depressing. My fault in not realising that there is no bar nor restaurant on-site and this made the place feel like a meeting place rather than a holiday destination. The giant floor mounted air-con unit, the old microwave oven and coffee machine, looks ancient and not of much use. Te staff were just friendly enough to not appear rude. Breakfast is a self-service, limited choice affair, paper bowls, cups and plates, with disposable plastic cutlery to match (think kiddies party). The reception area and the breakfast area are the brightest part of the hotel, but the armchairs are badly stained,as was the carpet in the single elevator. When we checked in at around mid-day, the accessible toilet on the ground floor was dirty ,had an overflowing waste bin, presumably from the night before and those things formed my first impressions. The rest of our 3 night stay did nothing to improve my opinion. Lastly; at check-in the receptionist recommended the Ruby Tuesday restaurant which sits adjacent to the hotel. We wasted $50. AVOID.
