There were no luggage trolly and asked the front desk and he was rude and just saying to wait and he kept us wait while the time of checkin even after seeing us at the front desk.
And no proper response and taking lots of time to checkin and not listening the concern and raising the voice FYI NOT WORTH

It was too far from city center. Most of customers were long time residents. Their kitchen has zero utensils. I had to ask and wait for other customer checked out to get a pot. Their breakfast was very simple with coffee, muffins, and cereal. For the $$$ I paid for the room I should have a better room & services.

When I walked in was asked for money by a employee. Walked away came back 10 minutes later and asked again. Forced to pay a 100 deposit which seemed weird without minibar or anything. Room smelled bad and the bed was not comfortable and there was a sock in the room that was not mine. Room was dusty and walls were dirty. Wanted to leave but was simply

Walk in tv is very loud in lobby and can’t hear the employee at desk. Another employee walked through asking for money. Employee got upset I did not give her money. Paid for room plus a deposit. Every hallway was dirty. Thought I saw a pile of clothes at end of hallway was just someone lying half in half out of room. Entered room and smelled awful. If I wasn’t exhausted I would not have stayed. Slept a few hours and left.

This hotel was absolutely horrible. The halls smelt like a deep fried dirty diaper filled with cigarette and Marijuana smoke. Inside the room didn't smell as bad, until nighttime when everyone was back. I had to shove towels under the door frame to minimize the odor from seeping into our room from the hall. The room was not dirty but it also wasnt clean. We slept on top the covers and kept all of our things zipped inside our bags, fearful of bedbugs.The stairway was the absolute worst I have ever experienced. That is where the huge trash cans are kept. The smell is indescribable and will absolutely make you gag. We were not at the hotel long and contemplated leaving several times within those 8 hours that we were there. We will never stay at this location again and will also avoid staying at an extended stay anywhere again in fear that it will also be allowed to operate in the way this one is. Beware of this hotel. I cannot believe they charge in the hundreds per night when it's only worth maybe $50 including tax.
