Positives:
Complementary happy hour in the lobby, in-house restaurant with breakfast available as well as a full menu for lunch and dinner. Very pet friendly, great area. Easily walkable. My room was very clean and updated.
Negatives:
The common areas, hallways lobby elevators were a little dirty. One of the elevators was out of order during my stay and it is a very busy hotel so there was a wait for an elevator.

I love the ambiance and was greeted with courtesy. The staff was really nice and the wine hour was a great thing.
Negatives:
The only disappointment was that the free breakfast was not true. It should be more clearly worded.
