Checked in late, stayed for only 10 hours, but staff was really friendly and the bed was firm and comfortable for my liking. Also was right off the exit and will be really nice when renovations are complete. We had the 3rd floor, which has been just renovated, so I can give them feedback that can help them for the other 2 floors. Couple other things that I liked, plenty of hooks to hang anything you want, plus the door shuts quickly but gently. Love that!!
Negatives:
Hallway is a bit confusing and it creates a tight feel, especially if anyone is passing you the other way, which leads to the slow elevator. Not sure if it's permanent or just not done yet but there was no handle to open the closet and the bathroom faucet is installed far right of the sink making it tough to put my toothbrush under the water. The most annoying thing was the thermostat which you would think would just go up or down depending on what temperature you want. You have to figure out what mode you want and then move the temperature up or down at that time. Very frustrating!! Shower curtain is pretty short but works, barely, last comment is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, steaming up the mirror.
