Negatives: Myself and six other ladies that are Pittsburgh Steelers Fans stayed at the Hampton Inn at Settlers Ridge hotel from Friday September 20th through Monday September 23rd. Check in went smoothly and we went out to enjoy the city. We returned Friday evening and prepared for bed. Three of our group had room 403 which was a king size bed and sofa bed in the room. The garbage hadn;t been removed.and as they opened the sofa bed they discovered that that mattress was blood stained and had no mattress cover on it. After Shelly Grinage went to the front desk to complain they were moved to room 403 at 11pm at night a HUGE inconvenience. Once they got into the second room that garbage wasn't emptied, the sofa bed had a mattress cover but no linen for that bed. Ms. Grinage called the desk and was informed that housekeeping was off so they had to go to the front desk to get the linen. As I was taking my shower I saw mildew on my shower curtain. I called the front desk but no one answered. I went to the front desk Saturday morning at 6am but no one was there either. Shelly spoke to Phillip at the front desk complaining about the garbage in the second room, he said he would take one night off both of our rooms and give me 5,000 points.. Later that morning someone from housekeeping came to my room, put the shower curtain up backwards and walked out. Every night about 2-3am all three rooms got hot regardless of the thermostat setting. That made it extremely uncomfortable EVERY night. Ms. Grinage and her roomates had numerous issues with housekeeping throughout their stay. She sent you a separate email addressing all their issues. Sunday night when we inquired about the time the shuttle started to the airport Monday morning we were informed that the morning driver wasn't coming in and the manager on duty is new and can't drive the shuttle.

Positives: Very easy access from / to airport and several restaurants, bars (and Sheetz gas station) with plenty of parking including a basement garage w direct access to room floor. Great room in contemporary style w two large comfy beds w power points and light switches right next to bed. Bright fresh looking lobby and helpful front desk staff.
Negatives: Nothing - just a little frustrated that I had to leave before 6am for an early flight so missed out on the inclusive breakfast. Probably should be a sandwich / coffee option for guests leaving before meal time.

Positives: Very nice and spacious gym!
Negatives: I stay here at least once a year, sometimes 2, for 2 nights each. It has changed. The TV wasn’t working. They said all of them were out but they didn’t know when they would be fixed. The hotel manager seemed to have a ‘oh well’ attitude. Our room’s electrical fixtures were randomly not working. The doorway lights and bathroom lights were the only lights that worked. That was it. Several outlets did not work. No electricity beside the bed and some around the TV. Had to use our phone lights to get around in the evening I told the staff when we left. Used to get a few pleasant personal texts about how our room is, etc.. nothing this time.
