Room and facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Parking was easy in the neighborhood and valet was offered.

Room description was slightly inaccurate. We expected two queen beds, but the beds were not queens. Maybe they were full or double beds. We were staying as a family of 4 so it was a bit tight to share those beds.

Breakfast wasn’t offered. If it was available, we weren’t informed.

The window was wide open with no screen. Their head of housekeeping quit that morning so there were no towels. Not their fault. Now I’m wondering if the sheets were changed. There was no remote for our tv.
My previous stay, the towel racks were broken and hanging from the wall. We were given the room furthest from everything.

The room was very spacious and clean. The location was great. Check in and check out were easy.
Negatives:
Because there was no rug to dampen the sound, the room echos. Also my television was stuck in parental controls mode and the front desk never answered the phone. When I went to breakfast on my last day, all the food was ice cold and I still got charged for it.
