Negatives: Breakfast really crowded and no seats Hot tub in pool area was roped off with caution tape Couldn’t find staff in the morning to check out and people were milling around waiting

Positives: We felt very welcome at this locatiom. The staff was so helpful when we needed to use the printer or had other questions. They were conversational and friendly to all of the guests. It was a busy weekend but we didn't feel rushed or overcrowded. The breakfast attendee was on top of her game, keeping up with the flow of the guests and the food was good.

Negatives: It was beyond the control of the hotel as they awaited a/c repair in the lobby but they did their best with fans and making sure everyone was comfortable. The pool was clean and cool so that was awesome.
