Positives: The room was comfortable, the bathroom was large enough for our needs, and the amenities worked as expected. We appreciated that they transitioned to pump dispensers for shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Eliminating all those tiny plastic bottles is a smart move.

Negatives: This hotel had some renovations in progress when we stayed here in late 2022 but this time we saw no evidence of improvement. The carpeting in all hallways looks dirty and there appeared to be much fewer housekeeping staff on site.

Positives: Comfortable beds & plenty of fluffy pillows. The showers were spacious. Room & bathroom very clean.

Negatives: The shower leaked out onto the bathroom floor and the we had some issues with the toilet not flushing properly. The room door was not soundproof whatsoever, so could everything in the hallway.

Positives: I love the cleanliness, the staff is always nice and the location is wonderful even though it is about an hour from where I live but I'm ok with that. The rooms are always clean and it's just comfortable for me.

Negatives: I stay here occasionally and for the most part I love this hotel but this weekend for my birthday I just wanted to relax and I couldn't to much because people kept slamming there hotel room doors either across from my room or next to me at all times of the day and night. So it wasn't to peaceful for me this time around but overall I love this location and I will stay again.
