The rooms are very expensive for what they offer. The night should not be more than $180 per night, I paid $280 and honestly I thought it was going to be more upscale given their price.

The breakfast was buffet style but got food was not as hot as it should be. It would be nice if they had a microwave in the dining hear for reheating.

The hot tub was not boarded and not in function. This should have been made known to customers before booking.

We had no towels and wash cloths for two night had four people in room they said there was not any throughout the whole hotel that laundry was not done then when it was only gave two with four people the morning we was checking out no phone in room no fire detection in the room just wires sticking out will not ever stay here again then would not refund.

The structure is old. The gym has no weights, it only has three machines. In the swimming pool the Jacuzzi was covered and not working and there were no towels. For breakfast the pankache machine did not work. In my room only 2 towels but there were 5 of us. On our arrival when I went to see the bathroom. the toilet paper roll was almost finished and there was no new one, on the second day we saw a cockroach walking on our bed, etc...

The hotel was clean and my kid had a great time with the pool. The free breakfast was icing on the cake.
Negatives:
The water fountain in the gym room looks a little dirty when I was looking to refill my water. To be more specific, there were red stains on it. As a result, I did not use the fountain since I was not sure if that was blood or something else.

Positives:
I was able to make the room dark, only the microwave had a perpetual light on it and I was able to cover it by draping a hand towel over the microwave display. I stayed in a standard King bed room. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the selection of pillows. I was able to find one that flattened out enough to actually not hurt my neck. I don't eat breakfast, but there was a good selection of hot foods and cold breakfast items. The staff seemed very cordial and accommodating.
Negatives:
I didn't like the noise from the hallway and the slam of the doors as people came and went. The other guests were pretty quiet after 10pm, but for those who had to leave early there were slams as the door fell back to the closed position while i was still trying to sleep. The noise was from the halls, no problems with hearing other people in adjacent rooms through adjoining walls. My parents had an adjacent King room. My mother is a 5'3" and a stroke survivor. She had little trouble getting up on to the bed. The beds were a little too high for her.

Positives:
It was clean, the staff were friendly. They had breakfast, even though we didn't try it cause we ended up going out to eat for breakfast. Affordable price for stay. Got the king suite with jet tub, I decorated it and it was beautiful. Enjoyed it.
Negatives:
The parking lot was still a mess from snow, felt like everybody else lots were mostly clear but theirs looked like it wasn't even plowed but it was still manageable.
