Room was very comforting and lovely, aside from the view just being a bush and a building, which isn't something that can be very controlled, it was a nice experience. :)

The water wasn't running due to damage, which while I understand, it did dampen the experience for the majority of one of our couple days.

I booked the room for a surprise trip for his birthday only to find roaches in our room as soon as we sat down.
Negatives:
The way they over charged our card taking over 900$ out of our account making it impossible to get another hotel because our card was denied. Our room cost 180$ and we only had the card on file and paid in cash. So why the card was charged in the first place was beyond me. When we called to let them know the card was charged the manager told us we just need to wait 3-5 business days.. on a Friday. Never even tried to compensate us just tried to move us to a cheaper room.
